We’ve owned this apartment since 2009, and it’s been a fantastic space for living, working, and entertaining. The three-level layout makes it easy to have privacy when you need it.
We relocated to the West Coast in 2021 to be closer to family, and our most recent renters have just moved out at the end of March as they returned to London.
The apartment is currently vacant and available for immediate move-in. It is tastefully furnished and can be offered furnished, unfurnished, or somewhere in between.
12-month lease. One month’s rent and one month security deposit due at signing. Application required. Once accepted, lease is subject to co-op board approval.
We are currently on the West Coast, so all showings are by appointment.
Small dogs ok. No cats, unfortunately my husband is allergic.
