Hi! I’m looking for a great roommate to take over a room in a cozy East Williamsburg apartment. The room has exposed brick, a spacious closet, and great natural light. The apartment is 5 minutes from the train, about 10 minutes to Lower Manhattan, and there’s a Citi Bike station right at the end of the block.
The details:
$1,700/month
First month + one month security due at lease signing
Lease runs through July 31st, with the option to renew if it’s a good fit
Ideally looking for someone who can stay for the full term, but open to the right situation
