The bedrooms are 10x12ft, so pretty big by NYC standards, each with a big window for sunlight, desk & monitor for working & queen sized beds. Half the closet in each room and the dressers are available to use. Super fast Fios internet, central heating and air conditioning.
Quiet, non-street facing.
About This Lister
We have lived in Brooklyn for 9 years, much of it in this neighborhood and in this apartment (ask for recs). We will be out of town for the duration of the sublet but we have friends nearby who can help with any issues with the apartment.

This is our home and as such our goal is to recoup some rent with minimal stress, wear & tear on our belongings, etc. Also, it's an amazing place and neighborhood and someone should get to enjoy it! We are looking for someone clean, respectful, etc. and preference will go to renters who can take the whole apartment.
