Hey Listings Project!

I'd like to sublet my airy and spacious apartment for the summer, and am looking for a respectful, quiet tenant to take care of the space while I'm gone.

It's a corner apartment - a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom - on the 2nd floor of a renovated former factory on Underhill Avenue in Prospect Heights. The ceiling is 12 feet high, and the building's original wood beams have been preserved and exposed (and they're fun to lie on the couch and look at). It features giant windows in both the main room, and the bedroom. Because it's on the corner, it gets fantastic indirect light in the morning, and direct sunlight in the afternoons and evenings.

The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen with Hario and Fellow equipment for making pour-overs. There will be Midea air conditioning units installed in both rooms. The living room features a giant projector for watching Netflix, or any other streaming platform, and there is also a Bluetooth and vinyl stereo system. There's laundry on every floor in the building (via payment card, which I'll show you how to use and refill), and the other tenants are mostly families and young professionals, so it's quiet.

The location is the best that Brooklyn has to offer. Grand Army Plaza and Prospect Park are 5 minutes away walking, the shops, restaurants and bars of Vanderbilt Avenue (Canyon Coffee, No7, Gertie, etc.) are a block away, and Radio Bakery is two blocks away. Washington and Franklin Avenues, and greater Crown Heights are just a few minutes away on foot as well, and there is a CitiBike station across the street. It's also very easy to get anywhere in the city from here - B, Q, C, 2, and 3 trains are within a 10 minute walk.

In terms of dates, I'm looking for someone between May 12-May 28th, and then for June 1 - September 1, but I'm also open (and prefer) someone who can stay the whole time.
