Amazing location—especially for those who love a walkable neighborhood (I see you, New Yorkers!). It's on the same block as Bacetti, Canyon Coffee, Glowing Juices, and Cookbook.

Sunset Boulevard spots like Honey Hi, Donna's, Little Fish, and Woodcat, as well as a Wallgreens and grocery stores, are all less than a 10-minute walk.

Easy access to nature with Elysian Park trails just a few blocks away.

About This Lister

I'm a filmmaker and strategist in my 40s, currently based in Columbus, Ohio. I lived in NYC for 20 years, working across creative industries, then moved to LA post-pandemic to switch things up. I recently completed a Master's in Branding program at The School of Visual Arts, where I now TA the Trends in Culture class.

The property is family-owned and operated by a mother-daughter duo. The other bungalow residents have become friends of mine—they are super lovely, respectful, and we look out for each other.

A credit check and a security deposit of $ 1,675 will be required to hold the space. Sublet agreement to be signed by both parties. Rent + utilities are due on the 1st of each month.

The property is family-owned with very kind and attentive landlords. They will do a basic background check.
