Eclipse Mill is located on Route 2, a historic scenic byway, in North Adams, a tiny, vibrant city at the top of Berkshire County in rural Massachusetts. Williamstown (The Clark, Williams College, Wiliams College Museum of Art) is ten minutes away by car, Stockbridge (Norman Rockwell Museum) and Lenox (Tanglewood) are an hour to the South. Albany and Troy, New York, are an hour West.

Unit 100 was originally designed as the office complex for the Mill.
