I'm a classical composer who also likes to renovate houses when I'm not producing concerts or writing music. I bought and renovated this apartment, living here for a number of years, but moved out when I got married. (It was simple math—moving into a two bedroom in Fort Greene, rather than sharing a one-bedroom here). I have rented it out to a friend for the last two years but she's moving out, so I'd like to find someone who will treat it as lovingly as it has been for the last six years.
