One bedroom apartment in DUMBO area (about 690 sq ft), available for sublet between March 15 and May 15. It’s my home, so it’s fully set up for comfortable everyday living rather than a short-term rental.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with a queen bed, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated desk for working from home. There’s very fast wifi, smart TV, AC/heater units in each room, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment also has a small private balcony.

The building is a modern elevator building with a 24h doorman, gym, lounge area, and a large rooftop with beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline and the East River.

The neighborhood is one of the best parts of Brooklyn: cobblestone streets, great coffee shops and restaurants, Brooklyn Bridge Park a few minutes away, and easy access to Manhattan by subway, ferry, or walking over the bridges.
