I’m a writer based in Paris and will be away over the holidays and part of the winter, so I’m looking for a respectful person or couple to stay in my apartment while I’m gone. It’s a spacious one-bedroom (79 m²) on rue de Grenelle in Saint-Germain-des-Prés with high ceilings, parquet floors, and beautiful views.

The apartment has a large living room with a pull-out sofa (sleeps two comfortably), dining room, full kitchen, and a bedroom with a queen bed. For the December period, there will be a decorated Christmas tree and everything you’d need for a calm, cozy week in Paris.

Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and all utilities included.
