Hi there! I'm looking to find a sublet for my 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. It's perfectly situated between Bushwick and Ridgewood, and easily accessible to everything that both neighborhoods have to offer. My apartment is available for sublet from 8/15 - 9/21 (dates flexible).

- Transportation: 10 minutes from Jefferson St. L station; 5 minutes from Q54 bus stop
- Location: DM for approximate location!
About The Space:
- Entrance: Located on the first floor in a 3-story / 6-unit building. There is no elevator, and one set of stairs leading up to the apartment

I love having a place to myself and living in the Ridgewood/Bushwick area! When I'm based in New York I'll do a mix of working from home/my office in Manhattan, but I'll be working remotely for a few weeks in Europe during this time.
I'm looking for 1 person (no pets - sorry) who is looking to sublet for the dates listed (flexible by a ~week on both ends).
A $2,500 security deposit is required to hold the apartment and will be returned within 1 week of move out based on the condition of the apartment.
Rent is $2,500 per month which already includes utilities (internet, heat, water, and electricity). A one-time payment for rent will be due on August 15th. Cash, check, or Venmo accepted as payment.
I'd like to learn a little bit about you before your stay! More than happy to show you the space in person or meet for coffee, otherwise if you wouldn't mind sending me a short bio + hopping on a quick call that would be great -- I just want to make sure I'm leaving my apartment in good hands :)
If it's a good fit, I'll reach back out to you and request the following info:
- Copy of government-issued ID
- Proof of income (last 2 pay stubs is fine)
- 1-2 References and/or AirBnB reviews
Looking forward to hearing from yall!
