$2,600 per month or $650 per week (including utilities + cleaning fee). It's the perfect setup for a business traveler. This is a pet-free/smoke-free home.

The building is from the late 1920s. The spacious layout is two large rooms on opposite ends of a long, wide hallway. It is located on the ground floor; the living room overlooks our garden.

Laundry on-site, street parking, Smart TV, HEPA air purifiers, Philips Hue Bridge (great mood lighting), record player + Bluetooth speakers, ballet barre, workout equipment, air fryer, Instant Pot, coffee maker, Zero Water filter, etc.

Dates are flexible within this time frame. Priority given to long-term dates. Stays less than a week are pro-rated + $250 cleaning fee (my housekeeper charges $125 per cleaning x 2 per stay) - please keep that in mind.

NOTE: Each flat in my buidling was originally built to house Disney secretaries, so the original floor plan included Murphy beds, a telephone area and even a milk delivery box. It's real Hollywood history!
