- If you are in the NYC area, we would prefer you to come by and meet in person, if not then we can arrange a video meeting.
- When reaching out, PLEASE add your website, linkedin or your social media handle.
- No party people. No smoking indoors.
- We require a security deposit of $150. It will be refunded as you check out if there is no damage in the apt.
- We may require copy of photo ID before the check in.
