Located on the ground floor of a small building on a pedestrian street just a few hundred feet from the Porte de Clignancourt Metro (Line 4), our two-bedroom apartment (600 sq. ft.) features an open living room & kitchen, a bathroom with a tub and washing machine, a separate toilet, and best of all: the building's courtyard, which we have exclusive access to. In the courtyard (400 sq. ft.), there is a table for outdoor dining, and a wooden shed that serves as an office/studio (with wifi).

Regarding accessibility: there is one step to enter the building, one step to access the toilet and two steps to access the courtyard, otherwise it is all flat.

In terms of amenities: we have wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, etc. The building also has an area to securely stow bicycles.

There are tons of supermarkets and local markets nearby, as well as the famous Saint Ouen flea market, about a 10-15 minute walk away. We are a 5 minute walk away from the lively Mairie du 18eme / Jules Joffrin area, and we are served by the 4 and 12 Metro Lines. The entrance to the 4 metro is on the corner of our little street. Montmartre with its famous Sacré Coeur is a 15-20 minute walk away.

Our place is a perfect landing pad for Paris - we are very close to two of the main train stations (Gare du Nord and Est). CDG airport is also geographically close and easy to access from here.
