Available Aug 17-31 and Oct 27-Jan 31. This is a fully furnished apartment with three bedrooms (no roommates, I live alone and will be away). I use one room as a bedroom but I can set up an additional bed in another room for an extra fee. Currently, besides the bedroom, one room is set up as an office and the other is being turned into a sculpture studio.

The apartment has a functional kitchen with microwave, gas stove and oven, utensils, flatware etc., no dishwasher.

There is a washer and dryer in the apartment.

Hardwood floors throughout except for the kitchen and bathroom.

The bathroom has a tub.

OLED TV with HDMI. Sonos speaker.

AC in every room except the studio (but I might get one soon).

The apartment is clean, airy, very bright, trees and sky visible from every window.

It is one block from the Nostrand AC stop, 10 minutes to Downtown Brooklyn, 20 minutes to Downtown Manhattan.

This is a very private third floor walk-up. Just a warning the stairwell is a little rough around the edges but nothing crazy for NY. I never hear my neighbors although sometimes the street is noisy in the front side of the apartment. However, the bedroom is in the back where it is quiet. The super is not in the building but he normally responds within a few hours.

This area of Bed-Stuy is full of restaurants and bars, the location is very central - a short walk away from grocery stores, supermarkets, gyms, economy stores. Prospect Park is 20 minutes away.

I am looking for someone to enjoy the apartment, someone respectful who will take care of the space and objects in it. This is my home and studio, there is artwork throughout. Parties are totally fine as long as they don't get out of control. I do have some fragile objects that I can't remove so mindfulness is important. I keep things organized and functional. I might ask you to water the plants once every seven days depending on how long you stay.
