- Queen-sized bed. Avocado mattress (best sleep you'll ever have).
- Unit includes a dishwasher. Bathroom has extra heating, great for winter. Laundry machines in the basement (coins needed). TV and pull out couch in the living room. Desk and chair for studying.

The Neighborhood:
- Groceries: Aldi and Costo are literally around the corner on 117th Street (Aldi will save you money, I promise.)
- Transportation options: M116 bus stop and a Citibike dock are across the street from the building. 13-minute walk to the 6 train subway station on 116th Street, but the M116 takes you straight there as well. Easy access to the FDR highway if taking an Uber/Lyft. 15-minute car ride to LGA airport.
- If you like Mexican food, you'll love the walk down 116th Street to the apartment.
- I've lived and worked in the neighborhood for a few years and am willing to give recommendations. Pleasant Ave is a quiet little pocket of Manhattan.

About This Lister

I have been living in the apartment for almost two years and enjoy how surprisingly quiet the unit is given the location. The apartment isn't fancy but it has everything one could need. I've been living in NYC for some years and plan to continue to live in the unit when I'm back, so I hope to find someone respectful of the space, the building, and my neighbors. I will screen people and will work with my landlord to approve someone quickly.

Landlord wishes to screen any tenant/subtenant. She requests:
- Valid ID.
- Proof of income
- To run the person's credit score.

This could take a few days, so please reach out soon if you're interested.

Rent will be paid through me. Once the landlord approves, a security deposit will secure the place for you and we will sign a sublease agreement.

January rent is due when I handover the keys. Rent for the remaining months are due before the 1st of the month to me, because I will need to pay by the 1st.
