Hi, we are looking for someone who will enjoy, respect and look after our home in the Clinton Hill/Bedstuy area.
We are subletting our apartment from February 1st till April 29th for $2.600 a month, all utilities included.
Maximum occupancy is 2 adults, no pets, no smoking inside & no gathering.

The apartment is a ground-floor unit with 2 bathroomsand and a private backyard. The bedroom has a Queen size bed, smart TV and on suite toilet room.
The main bathroom has a tub. There is a washer-dryer in the apartment. Living room with an open kitchen, dishwasher, dining table, and desk, 50" flat-screen TV. High-speed internet.

1/2 block from Bedford-Nostrand G Train, 10-minute walk to Franklin C. Good bars and restaurants, YMCA (they offer single-month memberships)
