This is a light-filled, peaceful, and beautiful 1-bedroom furnished apartment in Ridgewood, Queens located in a 3rd floor walkup in a small building. Bright, cheery, and clean space. It contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom, entryway, bedroom with Queen bed, and separate dining/work space. Wonderful neighborhood and a 6-7 minute walk to the M train.
I have lived here for 10 years. I will be working away for 2 months, and would like someone clean, quiet, and respectful to watch my beautiful apartment.
About This Lister
I'm an artist and professor (she/her) who will be away at a residency for two months. I've lived here for 10 years and love the apartment and neighborhood. I'm very clean and quiet, as is the rest of the building.

I want to rent the space to the same person for both months. I would like to speak to possible renters on the phone and will require a $1000 deposit to secure the space. Sublet/rent should be delivered on the first of each the month.
