I am looking for a clean, light filled, unfurnished apartment in Manhattan with good subway access. A well maintained building and natural light are most important to me. A walk up building is completely fine.

It will just be me. My move date is flexible and I can coordinate timing for the right fit.

Neighborhoods of interest include West Village, Hudson Square, Upper West Side, Chelsea, Gramercy, Tribeca, and nearby areas. I am also open to other Manhattan neighborhoods if the space, subway access, and overall value are right.

I am open to a lease takeover or a new lease, ideally with some flexibility. I am focused on finding a place that is priced fairly and makes sense for the space.
