Let me handle the logistics. I’ll research venues, book your vendors, and manage your event. Most importantly, I’ll make sure your event celebrates you and what you value.

About this Lister

Niara has been planning events her whole life, whether that’s organizing her sister’s Glamping Birthday Party or hosting her annual Halloween Potluck. She believes that good events bring communities closer, and her mission is to help everyone gather well.

She is also a Professional Dancer. You can currently find her on stage at the Metropolitan Opera. In her free time, she plays board games with her husband (Pandemic & Spirit Island) and searches for the best pastries in the city (Current winner: Simple Loaf Bake House).

Background and Expertise

Niara has worked in the events industry for six years, and has a degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University. While working as an Event Planning Assistant at Foxtail Catering & Events, she organized corporate events for clients, including Google, Uber, and Sephora. Since moving to New York, she has worked as a Venue Coordinator at Weylin and supported over 200 weddings and celebrations.
