Hi there! I’m Isabella—a former consultant (seven years at EY) turned Head of Operations for a luxury NYC real estate team. I’m a born-and-raised New Yorker now based on the Upper East Side, and I thrive at the intersection of creativity, structure, and strategy.

I love supporting entrepreneurs, creatives, and founders in bringing beautiful, meaningful work into the world.

Background and Expertise

I’ve spent my career helping people and businesses operate at their highest level. I’m a Cornell University alumna and former EY consultant, where I served Fortune 500 clients as a project manager and change manager—supporting M&A integrations, technology transformations, and large-scale system rollouts.

I then transitioned into real estate, running the operations for a top NYC brokerage, where I managed the business end-to-end — including operations, systems, marketing, finance, HR, and project execution.

My superpowers: project management, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and delivering a seamless client experience.
