We are lifelong friends turned co-founders of an events & design business. Our individual careers have evolved into a shared mission to build community, spark joy, and create events that feel like magic. Rae is an experienced events director and project manager; Jmar is a versatile visual and floral artist. Currently booking events and projects for the remainder of 2025 and beyond.

Whether it’s an intimate dinner, an elaborate wedding, or a professional gathering, we craft each expeRAEnce with care, creativity, and just the right amount of sparkle—so you can be fully present while we handle the details. Some of our services include:

While a lot of event work is in-person, we are happy to assist remotely where possible for clients who do not live in the New York City metro area.

Background and Expertise

Rae (she/her) is an experienced events director who has spearheaded dozens of diverse events across four continents. Her projects have spanned 2000+ person professional conferences, fundraising galas, TV broadcasts, international advocacy trainings, and weddings both intimate and elaborate. She is a community builder, a production manager, wedding officiant, and project manager that revels in getting even the smallest details right.

Jmar (they/them) is an multidisciplinary artist defined by their originality and experimentation. Their diverse creative background spans illustration, painting, photography, video, set production and installation, floral design, gallery shows, and art instruction. Over the last 15 years, Jmar has grown into an artistic force. Their florals have appeared on Broadway, at The Tonight Show, and galas all over the city; their artwork has been featured on Broadway playbills; they’ve collaborated with Van Cleef & Arpel; and they’ve participated in pop-up experiences with Land’s End and Etsy.
