Comfort & Climate: Bedroom window AC unit, ceiling fan, and floor fan for excellent air circulation.

Amenities & Utilities:
Fios gigabit internet, heat, electricity (including laundry), and in‑basement washer & dryer (free laundry) are all included. Optional basement storage is available for an additional negotiable fee.
