Out of town for some of the summer and looking for a trustworthy and respectful person to occupy my furnished Silverlake apartment while I'm gone. The place is completely awesome and the location couldn't be better.

High ceilings, wood floors, copious storage space, huge windows with views of the Griffith Observatory (and a gorgeous sunset daily). All amenities including: dishwasher, central AC/heat, superfast wifi, coin operated laundry in the building...

Profoundly comfortable queen-size bed (with Leesa mattress), huge tanker desk, fantastic couch, big screen television with Apple TV hookup, groovy water pressure in the shower, the works.

Located in primo Silverlake super close to a bunch of really good restaurants, bars, coffee shops, hikes, etc. Steps from Trader Joe's and Gelson's. And like a seven-minute walk to the Silverlake Reservoir...

Hoping to find someone I can trust to take care of my friendly plants and maintain the serene vibe of the apartment building.

No pets, sorry!
