Fully furnished 870 sq ft charming beach cottage. Three bedrooms, one bath, outdoor shower, deck with grill and outdoor furniture, 2-person kayak, bicycles, WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, AC (split system). The house is close to the ferry and a short walk to the ocean.
This rental is for a maximum of 6 people for a minimum of one week Monday 3pm to Monday 10am.
This is not a party house. Parties are not permitted. Additional guests are not permitted. This is a place set between quiet respectful neighbors. Our guests should be the same.
It is a perfect spot to relax, to work remotely, to create, or just chill away from the everyday.
Fire Island is accessible only by ferry. Cars are not permitted. The ferry terminal to F.I. is in Bayshore NY, accessible by LIRR or car which can be parked (for a fee) at the terminal.
The house is located in Fair Harbor. There is a restaurant/bar in Fair Harbor as well as a well stocked food market, general store and wine/liquor store.

A basic lease agreement along with security deposit and weekly rental fee will be required before occupancy.
The weekly rate for June is $2000/week. July, August and September thru Labor Day is $3000/week. Later September is $2000/week.
1 week minimum stay is required.
Cleaning fee is $200.
A security deposit of $500 is required for rentals of 2 weeks or less. 10% security deposit is required for longer term rentals.
Pets are not permitted.
Current available dates: June and July are available. August is available beginning August 17th. September is available.
