I am offering my gorgeous two bedroom apartment in Kensington, Brooklyn for sublet. The apartment is in a small, 4-story prewar building. It is a walk-up, and I am on the 2nd floor. The neighbors in the building are quite friendly, including a very sweet dog. The neighborhood has a lot to offer. On my block you will find an Eastern European grocery store and bodegas, our local library, an Uzbek restaurant, and a bank. About a 15 minute walk away, you’ll find Cortelyou Road, a quaint strip of restaurants and cafes, a bookstore, two organic grocery stores, another library, an elementary school, and a weekly farmers market. There are tennis courts about a 20 minute walk away.

I am only subletting until Dec. 31. I am moving abroad and will not be renewing my lease. If you are subletting and interested in staying beyond Dec. 31, I can put you in contact with the landlord toward the end of the lease term. However, there is no guarantee.
