The main space downstairs is spacious and perfect for an artist or musician looking to dig deep into New Orleans culture, with an upright piano in place and space for writing and making.

There is also a fully kitted out kitchen, laundry in unit, central heating & AC to keep cool, a big bathroom with a massive shower, and a lovely small private yard too. It's a beautiful, peaceful spot.

Also only a few blocks to some of the area's best spots and the beautiful river park!

No pets unfortunately sorry, and no smoking too.

Available from November 1st definitely for two weeks straight, beyond that I'm heading out for periods of work here and there so I'm listing it as weekly - but feel free to send me longer dates, I'm flexible. I'm also open to swaps, particularly in NY!
