We live in a sunny 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in a mid-sized apartment building. Our apartment is on the 4th floor (3 flights of stairs). This is a quiet and respectful building mostly filled with young professionals and families.

The neighborhood is great. Walk to Prospect Park and go to the farmer's market on weekends or head to Vanderbilt Avenue for great brunch options. We are down the street from the Brooklyn Museum and Botanic Gardens. The 2, 3, B, Q, and C trains are all about a 10-minute walk from the apartment and offer quick access to Manhattan.

Utilities are included. Internet is Verizon Fios. You can use all of our subscriptions (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney+, etc.)

Bedrooms:
- The first bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and work space
- The second bedroom contains a full-sized floor bed and a drawer for your clothes in the dresser
- Each room contains some light-blocking blinds (not complete but make a big difference if you're sensitive to light)
- We will ensure you have some closet space as well

Bathroom:
- One bathroom with a shower and tub

Kitchen:
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen which is fully stocked with cooking utensils and spices of all kinds

Amenities:
- Fans and central A/C in every room but the bathroom
- Shared washer and dryer are in the basement

Families with Children:
- High chair
- Babyjorn potty seat
- Hatch noise machine and night light
- Toy trucks, dinosaurs, blocks, Magnatiles, crayons, small table and chairs, etc.
- There is limited stroller storage in the lobby
- One of the best playgrounds in Brooklyn for young children is down the block
