Sublet dates are flexibile. Our apartment sits on the doorstep of Central Park and is an absolute Manhattan gem! We have a 4 bedroom home with a recently renovated bathroom, great kitchen and is quiet, clean and full of creativity and charm! We are on the 2nd floor of a 6 floor secure apartment building with an elevator, however there are 6 steps to climb to enter the building. There are multiple shared washers and dryers available for a very low fee per use in the basement of the building.

The room is spacious, with a queen sized bed, chest of drawers, window air conditioner and built in wardrobe space. All utilities including wifi are included in the listed price.

We keep a fairly tidy and quiet home and for a Manhattan apartment it is generally peaceful all hours of the day. It’s a great place to escape the outside world when needed! We have a 4 month old pup who is bringing delightful chaos to our days and is well into his training era! Do note that your room can be as dog 'free' or 'welcome' as you like. Grant works from our home studio as an audiobook narrator and so a quiet space is paramount when the recording light is on. The kitchen accessible to you, our living room has been taken over by the pup at present but you are more than welcome to utilize it as you need.

The neighborhood is eclectic, fun, family friendly and a little old-school with young, old and diverse neighbors; cafes; restaurants; delis; gyms; grocery stores; all within a short walking distance. We are super close to the B, C trains and close to the 1, 2, 3 trains. And of course the 20 second walk (we timed it) to Central Park cannot be beaten. We are on 107th St between Central Park West and Manhattan Ave.

Someone in town on business or folks looking to explore the city would be perfect for this sublet. Professionals, students, couples, explorers - all are welcome! The party never needs to come back to the apartment and we’d prefer no guests, but just run it by us first if you have friends or family in the city who you’d like to bring into the apartment.

We are Grant & Ben (both he/him), married, and loving life together in NYC. Ben is an ex-Broadway dancer (OG cast of Wicked!) and now Cruise Director for Atlantis Events. Grant is an Australian Artistic & Event Director and Audiobook Narrator. We love travel, theater, music, trivia and an episode of The Golden Girls before bed :) We have a 5 year old daughter who lives in Australia and a Bernedoodle pup named Barrel-Sparkle.
