Hello! I am moving in with a friend and looking for someone to takeover my lease :)

The apartment is a single unit above a restaurant. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are no neighbours.

~ There is no heating/AC in the central area. It's not too bad.
~ There is a skylight in the central area.
~ One flight of stairs
~ Packages are either received directly or if no one is home, brought to the closets post office.
~ Laundromat is half a block away
~ Morgan L stop is a 4 min walk away the J is a 15 min walk
~ Street can get noisy since this is on Flushing Ave, I haven't had an issue and rarely wear earplugs
~ Working stove, microwave, + oven
~ A postal service is a block away as well + many Amazon lockers around
~ Smoking is not allowed in the apt
~ Utilities run from $300-700 a month ($80-150 per person) based on the season due to electric usage. Typically it's in the $500 range, so like $125 per person for utilities. Our December bill was unexpectedly high so we're diagnosing the problem atm. Please keep this in mind if applying)

General vibe:
~ We expect each other to clean up after yourselves.
~ Prefer the space to be private for us, if you want to throw a party please ask
~ The restaurant we live above is delicious, they host parties 2x a year just fyi. They're super fun, just loud.
~ Def welcome friends to come by, but we don't have space for someone to be over constantly unfortunately. Just let the group chat know if you're hosting.
~ Overnight guests are ok, can stay in your room a week max
~ We're all pretty independent, we go to work, we go home and chill :)

The room:
~ Maybe 9x12 feet, an odd shape and isn't rectangular.
~ Small closet
~ Large window
~ Heat/AC in-wall unit. It isn't the quietest, so don't recommend for light sleepers.
~ Street view
~ Currently fits a full size bed, two storage units, a dresser. You can buy my bed frame if you'd like!

Seeking someone who:
~ Has no pets, we already have a golden retriever.
~ Cleanly and responsible, no dishes left in the sink please. Since there's 4 of us, we really need to keep everything tidy and clean!
~ Communicative and courteous! Don't need to be besties but can chit chat here and there.
~ Ideally someone 20s-30s
~ Looking for one roommate only

About the roommates
- P is 21yo he/him, is a student and works at a bakery
- A is 28yo he/him, is a teacher and has a golden retriever
- L is a 23 yo she/her who is in advertisement
