Come stay in my space while I’m traveling! No pets, sorry. Couples or single people welcome.

• Fully-attended high rise doorman building includes amenities like a gym, outdoor terrace with BBQ grills and children's playground.
• Apartment will come fully furnished with tenant’s personal furniture (this is a short-term sublet while I am traveling). It’s 750 sq ft, faces east and receives bright morning light. You have no direct neighbors so it’s OK to make some noise in the apartment.
• Apartment has in-unit laundry, Phillips Hue bulbs, dishwasher, modern finishes, stainless steel appliances and large soaking bathtub.
• Queen brand new mattress in large bedroom with walk-in closet.
• Convenient easy transportation, immediate access to A, C, B, Q, R, F, G, 2, 3, & 4, 5 trains, plenty of Citi Bike stations.
• Rent includes utilities. Will be required to pay upfront via Venmo or Zelle.

If interested we can meet on Zoom :) I’m also open to a longer stay if you are. Potential to extend through May.
