🌳 Neighborhood

- Located in Crown Heights by St. John's Park
- One of my favorite things about my apartment is that it’s a 3-min walk to the 4 Express + 3 Local trains! If you want to visit Manhattan during your stay, you’ll have easy access. Plus, plenty of buses in the neighborhood.
- Laundromat 2-minute walk away.
- Plenty of grocery stores within a 3-10 minute walk.
- Pure Fitness a short 8 minute walk away.
- Coffee shops within a 10 min walk. Lakou Cafe is my personal fav in the area!

·💵 Cost of stay is $3,000 with some room for negotiation. I'm open to adjusting the dates of your stay as well!

•🐶 No pets: As much as I love them, they can’t be in the apartment.

•🌱 My plants are my pride & joy: I’ll be arranging for someone to come by and water them during your stay. *That said:* if you’re open to watering them once while you’re here, I’m happy to offer a discounted rate. It takes about 1–1.5 hours and involves using a ladder for a few high ones. If this isn's something you'd want to take on - no problem - I truly would rather have someone else handle it than come home to sad plants.
