Hi! I’m Annika. I’m a designer and writer living in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. I’m traveling during February, so my lovely 1-bedroom apartment (featured on Apartment Therapy for its colorful style🎨) is open to a nice person or couple that could use the space!

- Two floor walkup, no elevator

🌳 Neighborhood

- Located in Crown Heights by St. John's Park
- One of my favorite things about my apartment is that it’s a 3-min walk to the 4 Express + 3 Local trains! If you want to visit Manhattan during your stay, you’ll have easy access. Plus, plenty of buses in the neighborhood.
- Laundromat 2-minute walk away.
- Plenty of grocery stores within a 3-10 minute walk.
- Pure Fitness a short 8 minute walk away.
- Coffee shops within a 10 min walk. Lakou Cafe is my personal fav in the area!

·💵 Cost of stay is $2,600. I'm open to adjusting the dates of your stay as well! (min 3 week stay required, no later that march 6).

•🐶 No pets: As much as I love them, they can’t be in the apartment.

•🌱 I have a lovely plant waterer. They come by every two weeks.
