The condo is in an old building on a quiet street in Audubon Circle/Fenway. It's within walking distance from Whole Foods, Target, MTBA subway lines (C and D Green), bus (#47), commuter rail, and the highway. Also nearby are the Boston Museum of Fine Art, Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, Back Bay Fens Park, Fenway Park, Kenmore Square, Boston University, and Longwood Medical.

Rent doesn’t include utilities. There's no reserved or private parking, but parking in front of the apartment and the cross street.
