Every season is beautiful at our home, though we especially love the June/July fireflies that fill the forests in our backyard. Enjoy that first snow in December, the spring runoff in the stream out back that fills your ears with rushing water, the bountiful harvests of local farms (especially tomato season!) through October, and the coziness of the gas fireplace as the weather cools. Or, spend time in the basement and enjoy the built-in wine fridge and wood stove.

Our two huge main bedrooms (top floor) have exceptional beds. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains, en suite full baths and A/C split units. One bedroom includes a work and music area and the other a Peloton and small yoga area. The main floor has a third bedroom with a full bathroom outside the door.

The open-concept main floor contains three areas. First, a dining area with a gas fireplace and sitting area. Second, a large living room for board games and puzzles, watching a movie or an afternoon catnap. Third, a well-equipped kitchen with an island and covered porch off the back for optional screened-in outdoor dining.

Updates since 2020: deer fence ($25-30k), wood stove and seating area in basement, new washer dryer, updates to water system (the well is excellent).

The public school district is great and also close to High Meadow School. Less than 2 miles to the center of Stone Ridge.

Alternatively, I'm open to renting the home fully furnished as of September 1 for a year at a rent of $7,500/month plus utilities.
