Rental requirements
A deposit of 35% of the total sublease agreement is due upon the confirmation date. The remaining 65% is due on the first day of the agreement, after the sublessee has accessed the apartment.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
The sublessee agrees to vacate the apartment in the same condition it was in at the beginning of the term. Any lost, missing, or damaged items will be the responsibility of the sublessee to replace or repair.
