About the space:
Renovated one-bedroom (plus separate office space) for sublet in a quiet area of Greenpoint, BK (G train, L train). Great for a couple or a single person looking for a ton of space! Windows and natural light in each room!
** Imagine this **
Welcome! A single flight of stairs will lead you to the apartment. Upon entering, you'll turn right and step into the HUGE, sunlit bedroom — the best bedroom I've ever had. As a plant enthusiast, this room is a verdant and tranquil oasis. The bedroom is complete with a Queen Thuma bed, a blend of retro and contemporary furnishings, a spacious vanity, and dreamy light. It's a great bedroom!
Continuing down the hallway, you'll reach a cozy living room. The living room has a large sectional couch, a coffee table, and a well-equipped TV area with streaming entertainment. A cozy spot perfect for relaxation. Window AC unit available. Record player, funky books.
Moving on, you'll reach the kitchen — a compact yet efficient area equipped with top-tier appliances. From a Breville espresso machine to a sodastream and blender and an assortment of essential pots, pans, and utensils- everything you need is readily accessible.
Continuing.... you'll reach the bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combination and a frosted window that bathes the space in natural light. All standard bathroom amenities are in there.
Next is the dining room, featuring a wooden dining table with seating for up to five. Adjacent to this, a charming mid-century modern bar is fully stocked with an array of funky glassware and treats.
Lastly, at the back of the apartment, you'll reach the 'office/gym' area. This space boasts a well-appointed work-from-home desk setup and even a Peloton bike for those looking to stay active (you need your own shoes and Peloton acct!). Additionally, the fire escape offers a serene setting for enjoying morning coffee while overlooking neighboring gardens and yards on the adjacent block.
The whole place will be yours, but as I usually reside in the apartment, I would expect you to be respectful of my belongings- lots of them will be there! The neighbors are relatively quiet, and you would also need to be. Absolutely no parties or inviting multiple people over or events allowed. No smoking.

Tenant
I prefer to have the same person subletting the entire time, but I'm open to discussing other arrangements. Weekly rates are available upon request. Flex dates!
A simple sublease agreement requires a 1-month security deposit in addition to rent.
