I'm going to be traveling and am looking for someone who'd like to spend at least a month (dates flex, extension possible) caring for my plants and space. It's a pre-war building, large (2-bdrm, 6-rm--kitchen, living room, dining room) with river views, and convenient to both Columbia and the Upper West Side, plus easy access to West Side Hwy. Calm, quiet, beautiful. It'd be great for someone looking to focus on a project, or wanting to have a retreat from the crazier parts of the city. Reasonable on-street parking. Close to restaurants, gyms, services, bike paths, gorgeous parks and subway lines. Downtown via express train to, say, West 4th St, is about 30 minutes. Price includes all basic utilities, including internet. Timeframe is flexible: I'd like at least a month, but might also be able to extend.
