Agreement begins by January 15th and can end any time from March 15th onward. At that point there are several options including extending the agreement month to month as a shared situation at which point I will be staying in the piano studio.

You can move in and start sublet agreement as soon as January 10th if that makes your life less stressful

Includes fully equipped kitchen, towels, bed linens etc etc.

There’s a washing machine and drying racks in the apartment —no dryer. Laundry with wash and fold and self serve a block away.

Sorry—There is a no pet rule in the building
