Very family friendly neighborhood near the S, A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5, B, Q lines.

First bedroom has a queen size bed, oversized mirror, dresser, night stands, and closet unit.
Second bedroom is set up as an office with a desk, office chair, laptop stand, monitor, large daybed (it replaced the lounge chair in the current photos), and a bookcase.
Third bedroom has a full bed, dresser, mirror, and lounge chair.
Sheets and towels are provided.
Comfortable air mattress available, and the green sofa in the living room transforms into a day bed.

A very friendly cat lives here (she came with the apartment, very New York). She sleeps most of the day, but does love affection. She requires being fed twice a day, having fresh water and her litter cleaned daily. The rent has been discounted to reflect cat care.

No outdoor shoes. Indoor slippers welcome. 420 friendly, absolutely no tobacco.

I'm a post production artist, work mostly from home, and split my time between New York and California. Kitten, the resident cat, came with the apartment when I moved in 4 years ago. She loves attention, people, snacks, chasing balls of tape, and sleeping. I am friends with my neighbors in the building and on the block, and my landlord who lives next door.
