The apartment gets amazing natural light throughout the day and has a private balcony that’s great for coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening. There’s a full work-from-home setup, plus a dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, and central air and heat. It’s bright, peaceful, and just a really easy place to live.

The building has great amenities too: gym, co-working lounge, roof deck, patios, and a 24-hour doorman.

The location is super convenient, a 7 minute walk to the B, Q, 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. You’re also really close to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden.
