I am a production designer who works in film/tv. I will be working in NYC till the holidays. I am looking for someone responsible, who can be respectful of my space. No parties and no smokers.

I'm also open to swapping with someone in Brooklyn but not against Manhattan - only requirement is it must be pet friendly as I will have my service animal - a small terrier/mini poodle with me 14lbs, well trained. Dates would be ASAP till 12/20 ish

I am a renter, and will be the contact should there be any issues while I am gone.

I am flexible with dates on the back end as I'm not entirely sure where I will be headed once the current project ends.
