Apartment has big quiet bedroom, full kitchen, and living room with TV, records/speakers, and workspace. This building is unique by having porches on each floor, so there is a very spacious porch that is only used by this apartment! Building has washer/dryer in basement, and a shared garden in the back with firepit. Lovely neighbors.

I am flexible on dates because I am considering moving to NYC but going to be spending time there before committing. This means I can accomodate your schedule (all of Spring Semester?), and possibly discuss a lease takeover.
