The studio is up on a high floor in a luxury building with sunlight coming in all day. It's around 650 sq ft with an in-unit dishwasher, and laundry is right downstairs. There is also a 24/7 doorman.

If you're WFH, I've got a spare monitor you can use. And the building's got awesome shared spaces on two floors .

This spot is perfect for 1 person or a couple. Just a heads up, though – no pets allowed and no smoking.
