We have a beautiful combination space that isn't currently being used as we phase out part of our early childhood programming.

The sublet consists a large, light-filled front room with desks and working spaces, a quiet phone booth/ meeting room (big enough for 2-3 people), kid bathroom, adult bathroom, large classroom space and backyard. Both rooms are outfitted with kitchenettes.

Rental term can be one-off workshops or birthday parties, weekly classes, full monthly occupancy or other! Open to most types of businesses. We are flexible on an end date depending on the frequency and rent paid.

Space can be completely furnished, partially furnished or empty - negotiable!
