I’m looking for a short- or long-term sublet for a sunny room in my cozy 3-bedroom apartment from June 1 to August 31. Ideally, I’d like to share my space with respectful, clean, and friendly folks over the summer. More info on the apartment below:
- Furnished room with a full-size bed, side table, AC, and closet
- Fully equipped kitchen, living room, and shared bathroom
- The apartment will be shared only with me
- One block from the A/C Nostrand Ave stop
- Washer and dryer in the building’s basement
- Cat friendly
- Quiet street and neighborhood
- Open to both short and long term stays
About This Lister
I’m an artist and designer in my late 20s. I spend my time making art, practicing yoga, and hanging out with friends. I prefer my apartment to remain a quiet place to relax. I’m looking for a roommate who’s friendly and up for the occasional chat but who also enjoys their own quiet time.

A sublet contract and copy of your driver’s license/passport/formal ID are required, along with a refundable security deposit depending on the length of the stay.
Requests with no information about yourself or your stay will be ignored.
Rate is for one person. Only those on the sublet contract are allowed in the home.
