It's a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment, with a finished basement. Your room is on the main floor. You'll be sharing the space with me and potentially my cat, Schmee. If it's an issue he can stay with a friend. My bedroom is in the basement.

**Side note: my roommate is moving out mid-month, so the bedroom will look different than pictured, but all amenities are listed below. Some of the furniture in the house will also change a bit, but you can see what will still be available below.

I'm a fun loving creative and have been a New Yorker for the past 16 years (originally from Florida). I make really good popcorn and am always open for a chat over a glass of wine or cuppa tea.
