I’ve been sharing this apartment with my brother for the past two years.

I’m now moving out to live with my partner in a different building. I’m looking for a good tenant to take over my room and share this great 2 bed / 1 bath apartment.

You’d be sharing the apartment with my 27-year-old brother, who works a 9–5 job and goes into the office four days a week. He’s often at the gym and usually home around 8–9 pm. He’s respectful, keeps to himself, and spends most of his time in his room. Ideally, we’re looking for someone between the ages of 23 and 36 to sublet the room.
