I'll be out of the city this fall and subletting my nice 2-bedroom apartment with large windows and high ceilings while I'm away. 10 minutes from Fort Greene Park. Start and end dates are flexible. I can rent the space on a weekly basis if someone needs it for a shorter term, though will prioritize someone taking the space for a month+ at a time.

The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment, separated from the main living space by a long hallway. They have high-quality queen-size beds with mattress-toppers. There is a desk in one of the bedrooms, along with an external monitor. There's a backyard that I share with my lovely neighbors (photo is old, and it's had some nice upgrades since!).

The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need to cook or bake. There is AC in all the rooms.

Beyond being in Fort Greene, a beautiful, quiet, and very green neighborhood, it's a super convenient location. The C train is a 5 minutes' walk from the apartment, Barclays with all train lines is a 10-minute walk, the G is a 10-minute walk, and buses are around the corner. Super is in the building if issues arise.

I'll leave the apartment extremely clean for you!
