Lots of space and lots of light! There are two rooms that face the street -- both big enough for queen sized beds, etc. Walk-in closet. The kitchen/living area faces the back with large, floor to ceiling windows. There is a private patio off of the kitchen.

There is a washer/dryer on the second floor of the building (shared with the other tenants). Gas stove in the large kitchen.

Landlord is very friendly, responsive and cooperative. I have lived here for three years and have never had any issues with him or my neighbors, everyone is very respectful and friendly. I'm only leaving now because I am moving in with my partner.

Located one block from Mrytle Ave and a 5 minute walk from Fort Greene Park. Very close to coffee shops, restaurants, etc on Mrytle Ave and DeKalb Ave.
