Hi, we are Kabira, Peter and Nico (age 6). We are renters and have been in the apartment since 2016 and absolutely love it. We are moving to Crown Heights in January and need someone to pass this gem of an apartment along to. We have friends who rent the two floors above us who have a four year old and are both writers. Our jobs are in the visual arts and the recycling space, and we are a house that loves music, books and justice. Kabira (she/her) will be the main contact for the apt.
